We are pleased to announce that Victoria Ellwood has joined the Athens Conservancy family as Development Coordinator. Victoria brings to the Conservancy extensive experience in communications, donor relations, and storytelling in academic settings and through her creative services agency. She has worked with donor-supported initiatives in Ohio, New York and Great Britain.
Victoria’s avid interests include land conservation, outdoor pursuits, the arts, exploring small-town Ohio, and walks in the woods with her collie. She says she is delighted to join the Conservancy team and looks forward to advancing its initiatives, strengthening relationships with donors and friends, and exploring community partnerships.
You can reach her at victoria@athensconservancy.org.
The Athens Conservancy is a nonprofit land trust that strives to protect special places for people to explore and enjoy, maintain healthy ecosystems, preserve water quality and nurture natural habitats. The Conservancy’s lands in Athens and neighboring counties encompass 10 nature preserves totaling more than 1,500 acres and a 13-mile stretch of the Athens-Belpre Rail Trail. We welcome the community’s support for our mission as dedicated volunteers, stewards, donors, allies and partners.
