The Foundation for Appalachian Ohio has two current opportunities for giving in support of Athens Conservancy. One is a match opportunity for restricted endowment funds — a 2 to 1 match (50 cents for every dollar given), with $1 million available from the State of Ohio. Funds are available on a first-come basis.
Donors may give to the Athens Conservancy Endowment Fund online by going here. Be sure to scroll down to the pull-down menu that says “I want my donation to be designated toward” and click on Athens Conservancy Endowment Fund.

The Foundation also is featuring a project of ours on their Cause Connector website, which connects donors to regional projects.
Our “Keep Finding Your Way Outdoors” endeavor encourages individuals, families and visitors to explore the special spaces and wild places around Athens. It will fund new informational display cases on kiosks at two trailheads on public lands near Athens.
