Flint Run and Broken Aro Wildlife Areas |
These wildlife areas are part of a complex of old coal-mining lands that includes a third component, Buckeye Furnace Mining Lands Public Hunting Grounds. |
To reach these wildlife areas, take OH-32 30 miles west from US-33 at Athens to OH-327. Turn left off the exit ramp (south) onto OH-327 and go 0.5 mile to OH-124. Turn left on OH-124 and go about a half-mile to the parking area on the right, which is actually on the Buckeye Furnace lands.
